Night Vision Battery Pack Overview The Night Vision Battery Pack is a versatile power solution designed for night vision devices. Based on the CWBP battery pack for L3HARRIS' AN/PVS31 night vision goggle, it not only provides external power supply for night vision devices with external power interfaces (requiring corresponding power cables) but also serves as an effective counterweight when configured on the back of the helmet through ergonomic optimization. This helps to adjust the center of gravity and balance of the helmet system, significantly reducing neck fatigue during continuous combat. Technical Specifications
Power Supply: 4 built-in 18650 rechargeable lithium-ion batteries, capacity: 4×3500mAh Charging Voltage: 5V Battery Indicator: 4 green LED lights. Short press the touch switch, and the lights will turn on sequentially from the touch switch to show different battery levels. All lights on indicate full charge. Charging Process: The green lights will flash sequentially during charging. Flashing of lights at different positions indicates different charging levels. When all four lights stay on continuously, it means fully charged. The full charging time is approximately 4 hours and 50 minutes. Battery Life: ≥16 hours (for monocular single-tube full-color digital night vision goggles) ≥8 hours (for binocular double-tube full-color digital night vision goggles) ≥150 hours (for binocular double-tube low-light night vision goggles) Weight: 365g Dimensions: 10cm/3.94in (length) × 9.5cm/3.74in (width) × 3cm/1.18in (height)
Compatibility The universal night vision battery box basic set includes the battery box body and a standard power cable. The standard power cable uses an aviation connector interface of the same specification as FISHER, suitable for night vision goggles such as BNVD1431, BNVD31, ANPVS31, GPNVG18, PSQ36, etc., which adopt the FISHER specification power interface. In the future, we will successively launch 3 other different adapter power cables as separate accessories for the battery box, used to connect to other devices, such as ANVIS power cable, BNVD - COTI power cable, PVS14 external power cable, etc.
With different supporting connection cables, it is compatible with all night vision devices on the market that have external power interfaces. The tested mainstream night vision and thermal imaging devices include BNVD - 31, BNVD - 1431, AN/PVS - 31, GPNVG - 18, NNVT - 1608, F5032, AB RNVG, ANVIS - 9, ANVIS - 6, ANVIS - 10, AN/PSQ - 36, etc. Design Features
Reliable Prototype: Based on the proven design of the CWBP battery pack for L3HARRIS' AN/PVS31 night vision goggle, ensuring stability and performance. Ergonomic Design: Optimized for human body engineering, it can be used as a counterweight on the helmet to adjust the balance of the helmet system, reducing the burden on the neck during long - term use.
